Baron and Software Upgrade Released

Redbird Flight Simulations, Inc., announces that their highly anticipated aircraft expansion packs and Instructor Station 2.0 software are ready for delivery.  The Redbird BE58-S, which represents the steam-gauge version of the Beechcraft Baron, is available immediately for all Redbird AATD's.  In addition, Instructor Station 2.0 software upgrades, which adds much requested functionality is now also available to all customers.

The new Baron expansion pack includes a realistic instrument panel overlay with operable gauges and avionics which are easily interchangeable with all Redbird AATDs.  The new aircraft expansion packs can be added to any Redbird FMX, SD or LD, expanding the versatility of the flight school's simulator training.

"We are proud to offer to our customers the long awaited Baron configuration, as an optional enhancement to their current simulators," said Charlie Gregorie, Redbird Flight Simulations VP of Sales, Marketing and Services.  "The customer's ability to choose from these and a variety of other configurations, without having to purchase multiple simulators, is one of the many things that differentiate Redbird from other [simulator] providers."

The Instructor Station 2.0 software upgrade enables the instructor to easily set on-the-fly cloud, wind, temperature and visibility layers, modify time-of-day and relocate the aircraft on the ground to any runway.  These enhancements give the instructor more flexibility during a training session, allowing for a more streamlined and immersive training experience.
